These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our website and customers using the services provided by McCann Motors, based at Unit 4 & 5, Gaskin Business Park, Coes Road, Dundalk, Co. Louth, A91 NR76.

Services Provided
We offer vehicle sales, van hire, vehicle servicing, auto locksmith services, and ECU tuning. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on our website or quoted directly are in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Full payment must be made before vehicle collection or service completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Vehicle Sales
All vehicles sold are subject to availability. Each vehicle is inspected before sale and sold with a valid NCT (if required). Warranties vary by vehicle and will be outlined in your sales agreement. Please read the terms carefully before completing your purchase.
Van Hire
Customers must be over 25 and hold a full valid driving licence for at least 2 years. A security deposit is required and must be paid before the vehicle is released. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was collected, or repair/cleaning charges may apply.
Auto Locksmith Services
We offer 24/7 emergency locksmith services for vehicles. Proof of vehicle ownership and ID may be required before unlocking or replacing keys. We are fully insured and Garda vetted.
Service Bookings
Service bookings (mechanical or tuning) are scheduled by appointment. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to staff availability or unforeseen issues. If you cannot attend, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations & Refunds
Vehicle sales: Once a sale is completed and the vehicle is registered in your name, refunds are not issued except under specific conditions outlined in the Consumer Rights Act. Van hire and service bookings: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge. Auto locksmith callouts cancelled after dispatch may incur a fee.
Website Use
All content on this website is owned by McCann Motors. You may not copy or use our logos, text, or images without written permission. We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we are not liable for any errors or omissions.
Liability
McCann Motors is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, including missed appointments or income, due to vehicle issues or service delays. Our liability is limited to the value of the service or product provided.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be dealt with under the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
